Store Policies and Returns

And now, because we have to state them, here are our store policies. NO EXCEPTIONS:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads or any music purchases. No refunds for any other merchandise. Defective items will be replaced. Refunds will only be offered on damaged or defective "limited edition" items for which replacements are no longer available. In the event of such occurrences, damaged merchandise must be returned to receive refund. Buyer responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital Music downloads are non-DRM encoded 256 Kbps MP3 VBR format (unless otherwise specified in item description). PLEASE do not share download links or purchased music. At this point, most sites would use threatening language like EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN and LEGAL ACTION, etc. We'd just like to ask nicely that you not share John's work. It's not cool, he works really hard on it and he needs to eat and make a living, just like you.

For Digital Music downloads, delivery is via email link. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for link delivery. Please download your purchases immediately upon receiving download links. You are entitled to three downloads per purchase before download link expires. If you do not receive a download link after receiving order confirmation, please check your spam email folder. If you do not receive a link and it is not in your spam folder, or you have other issues downloading a digital release, please notify us via the Contact page.

For physical items, if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us via the Contact page to arrange a replacement.

Clothing not returnable unless damaged. No returns based on sizing issues.

Orders placed for shipping to "Region 5" destinations as described on our "Shipping Destinations, Policies and Pricing" page not guaranteed for fulfillment and subject to cancellation at store owner's discretion.
